Miss Carmel Gaffney RGN RM BSc (Hons)
Carmel has been a practicing midwife for over 30 years and has been a Labour Ward Co-ordinator for over 25 years. She has been a trainer and supervisor of midwives and regularly works shifts at the Lindo Wing. Carmel joined the practice in 2011 to provide advice and support for women. She runs the telephone helpline, a weekday 9am-5pm service where you can call in with minor clinical concerns and queries. In addition to this number, you will be provided with an emergency telephone number for more serious concerns and this operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year

The Admin Team
Elena is a full time PA and has in-depth knowledge of all administrative matters relating to the practice.
She has many years of experience working in the Education sector. Elena is responsible for providing information about the practice, booking your appointments, answering your queries relating to fees/payment and dealing with paperwork from Medical Insurance Companies.

Tricia is a very experienced PA who works part time for the practice. She has worked as part of the admin team at the Lindo Wing for over 15 years.

Anne-Marie is responsible for data collection and medical records management. She also works flexibly when needed to provide extra admin support during busy times.
